Her Ph.D. is in Organizational Planning, with special focus

at the roles of Rabbis and the synagogues they serve and

ORGANIZATIONAL
CONSULTING, TRAINING AND COACHING
Having
earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Planning, Adina's training
and orientation is in social systems. She has conducted
research as well as provided consultation to organizations
in the midst of transition. Dr. Newberg works with organizations
engaged in strategic planning processes or those in need
of clarifying goals and roles.
The consulting process for organizations begins by understanding
the interaction between each individual and the overall
work organization. Then gaining insight into the roles,
the processes and the structure of the organization and
how each component interfaces with the individuals involved.
As
an organizational coach Adina works with individuals as
part of their work in a particular work place, whether corporate
or non-profit.
CROSS CULTURAL COACHING
Adina
speaks three languages fluently and has lived in three different
continents. She has emigrated and lived as an expatriate
a few times. Adina has remained connected to all the countries
and cultures that have been part of her life. She responds
to the sounds, smells and symbols of all the culture that
have been part of her life. As someone who lives constantly
with the pleasures and tensions created by living simultaneously
in more than one culture, she knows what it means to go
through a major transition that involves moving to a new
country, learning, living and getting used to those particular
elements that make that country special and different, and
possibly speaking a different language.
Cross
Cultural Coaching is for you if you:
- Are
considering a move to another country
- Have
moved to another country or are living as an expatriate
or are the spouse or partner of someone who is considering
such a move
- Long
for being fully understood in your language
- Long
for the culture and symbols that you left behind
- And
your children of spouse are having difficulty adjusting
to the new environment
- Are
facing choices and changes for you and your family
- Or
your spouse's career has changed due to the move
- Are
enjoying your experience but are not sure if or when to
return home
Consider
coaching with a coach who has gone through what you are
going through and who will be a sympathetic partner in the
journey. Adina has the life experience as well as the organizational
and coaching knowledge to guide you so that you make the
best decisions for you and your family, and so that the
expatriate experience is one of joy, adventure, learning,
and happiness.
